sbt plugin wrapper over ktlint project.
To add this functionality to your project add the following to your project/plugins.sbt
file:
addSbtPlugin("com.karumi" % "ktlint-sbt" % "0.0.1")
As any other sbt plugin you have to enable the plugin in the build.sbt
project configuration file:
lazy val `my-project` = (project in file("."))
.enablePlugins(KtlintPlugin)
Optionally, you can specify the ktlint version and the dependency source location in your build.sbt
file:
ktlintVersion := "0.21.0"
ktlintSource := new File("lib")
If you don't add these values yourself the plugin will use the ones defined in Defaults
This plugin is used in the exact same way you'd use ktlint directly. If you want to know more about all the tool options you can visit the official documentation
Run linter
$ sbt
> ktlint "src/**/*.kt" "!src/**/*Test.kt"
Run linter with autoformat
$ sbt "ktlint -F src/**/*.kt !src/**/*Test.kt"
